I have been training with Tyler for the past two months in preparation for my first powerlifting meet. I knew after the first session that I had made the absolute right decision. Tyler brings a rare depth of competence to his training that really produces results. His attentiveness and eye for technique had me lifting stronger and safer in just a few sessions. Tyler really, really goes all-out for the people he trains. I know that even if we are not scheduled for a formal session, he’ll be rooting for me when I’m going for PRs, and offering advice when I’m not even in the gym, because he is that invested in his clients’ success. Bringing Tyler on as a trainer means having someone who is on your team with an amazing attitude, a great sense of humor, and the proficiency to make you not just more fit, but better at fitness, for the rest of your life.
Tyler is a fantastic trainer. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he listens to his clients’ goals, and comes up with an individualized plan to help you meet them. A great thing about training in small groups with Tyler is that I have the opportunity to meet new people who are there supporting and encouraging me during my workouts. Since working with Tyler, I’ve not only become a stronger person, but I have also started looking forward to going to the gym.
I had never been one for group fitness but after a few of Tyler’s weekend sessions, I was hooked. Especially on glute camp.
I learned new workouts to improve both strength and stability, which I have in turn incorporated into my own routine. After just a few weeks I noticed a difference in strength and overall better lifting technique. He is helping me push past my plateau.
Tyler’s strength as a personal fitness instructor is his ability to recognize and respect his clients’ goals but also push them to be better in a safe and motivational way.
