With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and multiple nationally recognized certifications, Tyler brings a rare depth of expertise to every session. His science-driven methodology has helped everyone from Olympic-level athletes to first-time gym-goers break through plateaus and achieve lasting results.
